Copyright & IP Policy

1. Overview

CloNet is operated by DMC99 LLC. This policy explains how we handle listing content, brand references, and intellectual property complaints. For copyright, trademark, listing image, or other intellectual property concerns, contact [email protected].

2. Seller listing content

In the current phase, sellers or their authorized representatives provide item information and authorize CloNet to create, translate, edit, publish, and manage listings on their behalf. In future phases, sellers may upload listing content directly. In both cases, the same content rules apply.

By providing, authorizing, or uploading product photos, videos, descriptions, measurements, prices, seller names, store identifiers, or other listing materials, the seller represents that they own, control, or have permission to use that content and that it does not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

Sellers grant DMC99 LLC and CloNet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, resize, crop, adapt, translate, display, distribute, promote, and otherwise use listing content in connection with item pages, seller pages, search, ads, Google Merchant Center feeds, SEO pages, email, social media, customer support, fraud prevention, QC, transaction records, and legal compliance.

This license continues as needed for completed transactions, support records, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, takedown handling, and archival records, even if a listing is removed or a seller account is closed.

3. Brand names and trademarks

CloNet is a resale marketplace for pre-owned fashion. Brand names, designer names, product names, and trademarks may appear to identify the goods being resold. Unless expressly stated, CloNet is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by those brands.

Users may not misuse brand names, logos, tags, packaging, or other marks in a way that falsely implies affiliation, authorization, authenticity, origin, or condition.

4. CloNet brand assets

The CloNet name, logo, product design, site design, text, graphics, software, and other brand assets are owned by DMC99 LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, sell, or republish CloNet assets or Platform content without written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

5. Copyright and IP complaints

If you believe content on CloNet infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, email [email protected] with your contact information, a description of the rights involved, the exact CloNet URL or listing information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement, and your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or restrict access to content while reviewing a complaint. We may also request additional information before taking action.

6. Counter-notices

If your content was removed or restricted and you believe this happened by mistake, contact [email protected] with the removed content, the relevant listing or account information, your contact details, and a clear explanation.

7. Repeat infringers and risky listings

CloNet may remove listings, reject seller content, suspend sellers, or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe rights, submit unauthorized content, misuse brand identifiers, or create legal or trust risk for the Platform.
