Return & Refund Policy

Summary

All items on CloNet are pre-owned and individually inspected and authenticated at our warehouse before they ship to you. As a result, CloNet operates a final-sale model: returns are not accepted once an item has been authenticated and shipped. No general returns, no cancellations after authentication, and no exchanges. You are, however, fully protected by our Buyer Protection program if an item fails authentication or is materially not as described.

1. Final-sale model

Because every item is unique, pre-owned, and pre-inspected, CloNet does not accept returns for change of mind, cancellations after warehouse authentication has begun, exchanges between items/sizes/colors, or returns based on minor color variance attributable to monitor calibration or natural lighting in seller photos. Submitting an offer and completing payment indicates acceptance of this policy.

2. When you ARE entitled to a refund

2.1 Item fails authentication. If our warehouse team determines, in good faith, that an item is not authentic, your order is automatically cancelled and you receive a full refund via your original payment method.

2.2 Item is materially not as described. If our QC team finds the item differs materially from the listing — undisclosed defects, wrong size, wrong color, wrong model, or condition substantially worse than rated — you choose between a partial refund (keep the item) or a full refund and cancellation. If you do not respond within 7 calendar days, we default to a full refund and cancellation.

2.3 Lost or damaged in transit. If the carrier confirms a parcel was lost in international transit, you receive a full refund. Damage claims are evaluated case-by-case.

3. The CloNet QC Report

Every order receives a written QC Report after inspection, including condition findings and photographs. You have a defined review window to accept the report, request a partial refund, or cancel for a full refund, before the item ships.

4. How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, in USD at the original transaction amount. Approved refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days; funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Items NOT eligible for refund

Change of mind after the QC Report window closes or after dispatch; size doesn't fit when the listed size was accurate; style preference; items damaged after delivery; parcels refused at customs or returned because the recipient declined to pay applicable duties.

6. How to raise a refund request

For issues identified at the QC Report stage, respond to the report on the order page within the review window. For lost / damaged parcels or any other issue, email [email protected] with your order number.
