Account information (email, username); transaction information (shipping address; payment details are processed and stored by our third-party processors, PayPal / Stripe, never on CloNet's servers); communication data (chat messages); usage data; and essential cookies plus an anonymous visitor identifier. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate the Platform; process transactions, QC, and shipping; send transactional notifications; provide support; prevent fraud; and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

3. Information Sharing

We share your shipping address with sellers only as necessary to fulfill orders (never your email or payment details); with service providers (payment processors, carriers, hosting); for legal compliance; and in a business transfer.

4. Data Security

All data between your browser and the Platform is encrypted via SSL/TLS. Payment information is handled exclusively by PCI-compliant payment processors.

5. Data Retention

Account information is retained while your account is active; transaction records for a minimum of 3 years. You may request account deletion by contacting support; we remove personal information within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on location, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data. Contact us through the Help Center and we will respond within 30 days.

7. International Data Transfers

CloNet operates internationally; your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and China.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
