1. Information We Collect

Account information (email, username); transaction information (shipping address; payment details are processed and stored by our third-party processors, PayPal / Stripe, never on CloNet's servers); communication data (chat messages); usage data; and essential cookies plus an anonymous visitor identifier. Where enabled, optional Meta marketing measurement requires separate explicit consent; an earlier analytics choice does not authorize it. Meta Pixel receives product IDs, product-view, checkout and confirmed-purchase events, USD amounts and pseudonymous deduplication IDs, together with browser IP, device information, permitted page addresses and cookie identifiers. Meta may associate this information with your Meta account. We do not enable automatic advanced matching or intentionally send names, email, phone numbers, shipping addresses, payment credentials or chat contents. Events from before consent are not replayed. You can withdraw future tracking through Cookie settings on our interactive Privacy Policy page; this removes CloNet's Meta cookies but does not recall data already sent. Global Privacy Control prevents this optional tracking. Shopping and payment do not require marketing consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

For CloNet Membership, we use account and order records, including delivery, refund and return information, to calculate eligibility and tiers, apply fee benefits, resolve discrepancies and retain checkout benefit records. Marketing consent is not required to receive membership benefits.

To operate the Platform; process transactions, QC, and shipping; send transactional notifications; provide support; prevent fraud; and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

3. Information Sharing

We share your shipping address with sellers only as necessary to fulfill orders (never your email or payment details); with service providers (payment processors, carriers, hosting); for legal compliance; and in a business transfer.

4. Data Security

All data between your browser and the Platform is encrypted via SSL/TLS. Payment information is handled exclusively by PCI-compliant payment processors.

5. Data Retention

Account information is retained while your account is active; transaction records for a minimum of 3 years. You may request account deletion by contacting support; we remove personal information within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on location, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data. Contact us through the Help Center and we will respond within 30 days.

7. International Data Transfers

CloNet operates internationally; your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and China.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
