Shipping Policy

1. Free worldwide shipping

All purchases on CloNet include free international shipping. The listed USD price is the final all-in price you pay — there is no additional charge for shipping at checkout.

Total delivery: 7 to 15 business days from order, broken out as 2–5 business days of warehouse QC and authentication, followed by 5–10 business days of FedEx / UPS International Express transit.

2. Where we ship from

All orders are shipped from CloNet's warehouse in Shanghai, China: CloNet Warehouse, 1st Floor, No. 87 Hexi, Hemu Village, Zhaoxiang Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai, China. Every item is first received at this warehouse from the seller, inspected, and authenticated by our team before being dispatched to the buyer.

3. Carriers and service level

International orders ship via FedEx International Express or UPS International Express with full end-to-end tracking. The carrier is chosen at dispatch based on destination country and service availability.

4. Handling time

Once your order is paid and the item arrives at our warehouse from the seller, our team typically completes quality control and authentication within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive an automatic notification when QC is complete and your item is ready to ship.

5. Transit time

After dispatch from our Shanghai warehouse, international express delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination country, customs clearance, and local last-mile carrier performance. Tracking numbers are issued automatically.

6. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees

All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Customs declarations reflect the accurate item value and description — we do not under-declare value or mark items as gifts.

7. Address accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. CloNet is not liable for shipments delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect addresses. Contact [email protected] immediately if you discover an error.

8. Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days after dispatch, or if your parcel arrives damaged, contact [email protected] with your order number. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, you receive a full refund.

9. Restricted destinations

We ship to most countries served by FedEx and UPS International Express. If we cannot ship to your address, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
