A fee discount, not an order discount

If Listed at is $1,000, the standard Buyer Protection Fee is $150. A Collector saves $7.50 (5% of $150), making the fee $142.50 and the total $1,142.50 before any promotional code.

Which orders count?

Each CloNet order counts once after it is marked delivered with a recorded delivery date, provided it has not been fully refunded or excluded because of a return. A partial refund still counts unless the order is excluded for a return. Past qualifying orders count too. Order counts do not reset annually; multiple items in an order do not count as multiple orders.

When your benefit applies

Your tier updates as qualifying orders change. A newly qualifying order unlocks the benefit for your next checkout, not itself. The benefit applies automatically to eligible CloNet purchases, including accepted offers. Your tier and discount are fixed when a payment attempt or invoice is created; later tier changes do not reprice that payment or a past order.

How the price is calculated

The standard Buyer Protection Fee is 15% of Listed at. Your membership discount applies to this fee. A promotional code is applied after membership savings. Code minimum-spend requirements use the standard total before membership savings. The final breakdown is shown before payment. Membership does not change your Buyer Protection coverage.

Returns and refunds

A full refund or a return exclusion removes the order from your qualifying count and may lower your tier for future checkouts. We do not charge back membership savings on earlier paid orders. Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law, based on the amount actually paid. Membership does not limit your refund or consumer rights.

For your account

Membership benefits belong to your CloNet account. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash or combined across accounts. Membership is not a wallet, store credit or a paid subscription. Existing account and misuse rules in our Terms of Service continue to apply.

Changes to the programme

These membership rules form part of CloNet's Terms of Service. We will give advance notice of material changes, including changes to tiers or benefits or closure of the programme, on the website or by email, with an effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter paid orders or override mandatory consumer rights.

Your information and questions

We use your account and order records, including delivery, refund and return information, to calculate your tier, apply benefits and retain checkout records. Marketing consent is not required for membership. See our Privacy Policy for details. If an order count or benefit looks wrong, contact Help with your order number so we can review it.
